Publish news post comment

/comment/news/:post_id

This method allows the user to share a comment on one of Ryan's non-wallpaper (News) postings. The comment will be added to the backend database and show up on Digital Blasphemy under the user’s name and be available henceforth from the Get News Post Comments method.
