Like "Get Wallpapers" this method returns the wallpaper data for a single Digital Blasphemy image. The wallpaper returned is an object containing information including the image description, aggregate rating, its available resolutions (and download URLs), galleries, tags, free or paid distinctions, thumbnail urls, comment count and individual user comments.
