Get galleries

GET 
/galleries

This method returns all of the available Digital Blasphemy galleries along with the URL of a random thumbnail image representing the gallery. The galleries are hashed with an ID representing each name. This ID is used to retrieve the entire gallery using the Get Single Gallery method. The web URL of the gallery is also returned.
